OCVCXO Clock Oscillators

OCVCXO (Oven Controlled Voltage Controlled Crystal Oscillator) clock oscillators are electronic devices that generate a stable clock signal for use in a variety of applications, such as in communication systems, test and measurement equipment, and timing circuits. They use a crystal oscillator as a frequency reference and a temperature-compensated voltage-controlled oscillator (VCXO) to adjust the frequency output.

The OCVCXO clock oscillator works by using a temperature-controlled oven to stabilize the crystal oscillator at a specific frequency. The temperature inside the oven is controlled to a very high degree of precision, which minimizes the effects of temperature variations on the oscillator frequency.
