Dataram's DRI520P6 family of products are high-quality memory upgrades for IBM's Power System 520 and 550 servers with POWER6 processors. The DRI520P6 is available in 4GB, 8GB and 16GB capacities. Each DRI520P6 upgrade is comprised of a matched pair of 2 or 4GB DDR2-677 ECC DIMMs, or 8GB DDR2-533 ECC DIMMs. All support Chipkill for advanced ECC protection. Dataram's upgrades are equivalent to IBM original memory and are 100% compatible with IBM's Power System 520 and 550 servers with POWER6 processors.
