DOS Boot Support:

  • DiskOnKey can be configured to function as a boot device in newer Compaq Evo Desktop systems with the following system ROMs: 68601, 68602, 786B1, 786B2. Win 9X (Win 95 OSR2 or later) Startup diskette, or DOS Bootable diskette with fdisk.exe and sys.com files on the diskette are required. DOS is the only operating system that this device will boot. DiskOnKey will appear as Drive C:\ once DOS is booted.
