("Palm") warrants to the original end user ("Customer") that new Palm branded products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use, for one (1) year from the original purchase date. Palm warrants refurbished Palm products, marked and sold as such, for ninety (90) days (180 days in the European Union) from the original purchase date. SOFTWARE: Palm warrants to Customer that the Palm Desktop organizer software, the Palm OS® software and any other Palm branded software will perform in substantial conformance to their program specifications for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase or one hundred and eighty days (180) from the date of original purchase if purchased in any European Union country. Palm warrants the media containing software against failure during the warranty period. Palm makes no warranty or representation that the operation of the software products will be uninterrupted or error free, or that all defects in the software products will be corrected. WARRANTIES EXCLUSIVE: THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, CORRESPONDENCE WITH DESCRIPTION, AND NONINFRINGEMENT, ALL OF WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
