SI-MPE30018 FireWire 800 / 400 Mini PCIe is a superior adapter card designed to add FireWire 800 and 400 interface to your computer for connecting multiple high-speed FireWire devices. It features two external FireWire 800 (1394b) ports and one external FireWire 400 (1394A) ports, delivers data transfer rates up to 800Mbps, supports isochronous and asynchronous data transfer modes, features Plug-n-Play connection of peripheral devices and allows you to connect and disconnect devices without turning your system off. It works flawlessly with a variety devices including DV camcorders, hard disk drive enclosures, digital cameras, scanners, CD-RW/DVD drives, video game systems, and other audio/video devices. The FireWire 800 / 400 Mini PCIe can be installed in any available Mini PCI Express slot.
