The UNOTRON SmartRest SRC5 uses the latest smartcard reader / writer technology. It simply clips onto any UNOTRON Keyboard and connects to your computer via a USB port, and is therefore fully compatible with Windows 98, ME, 2000 and XP. The SmartRest SRC5 is compliant with all common smartcard standards, and is supported by the PC/SC driver for Windows. The SmartRest SRC5 has an integrated CCID & EMV certified Plug & Play reader for PCs with USB 2.0 interface. Beside its easy installation, it reads memory and microprocessor cards. |
