Sample & Hold ICs

Sample and hold (S/H) ICs, also known as track-and-hold amplifiers, are electronic circuits that capture and store an analog voltage signal at a specific moment in time. The S/H IC holds the input voltage for a short period and outputs a constant voltage that represents the input voltage at the time of sampling.

S/H ICs typically have a fast acquisition time and low droop rate, which means that they can quickly capture and hold the input signal with minimal voltage drop over time.
